Testing
You may test html2pdf at no charge by using the demos on our website before purchase. Please be aware that if you render any amount of PDFs for a specific domain and you finally sign up for the service and add this domain to the list of your hosts the counter for the domain will not be set back to zero. While testing the PDFs are marked with a picture that makes them useless for any other purpose.

Service
Every Package comes with a number of PDF renderings included. If you use more than the appropriate number you have to either renew the service or upgrade to the next package. We will send you an e-mail (please add the domain seven49.net to your white list) before the balance reaches zero in order to give you enough time for upgrading. If the balance becomes negative the banner will be readded to your PDFs. The renderings will still be counted to your balance. If you stop using the service before you reached the limit you do not need to renew or upgrade. Please let us know when you want to stop the service so we can set your host back to trial mode and disable or delete your account.
The average pages per rendering shall not exceed 10 pages. The default maximum nr of pages is 25. Please use the MaxNrOfPages parameter in order to override this value. If you set the value higher, the costs per PDF rendering will be more than 1 credit. Formula for more than 25 page PDF: Nr of pages in PDF / 10 = credits needed. The absolute maximum is 500 pages and can be changed at any time for performance (in order to keep the service fast enough for other customers) or technical reasons.

All the packages come with free e-mail support for html2pdf. The support doesn’t include programming, error debugging, fixing the customer application etc.

The purchased nr of renderings are valid for a maximum of 24 month. Seven49.net can extend the validity but does not have to.

Seven49.net may deactivate the client account for any reason. In this case the client gets back the paid fees in proportion to the usage (50% time, 50% nr of PDF renderings). Seven49.net closes the account if the client harms any law or the terms of use. In this case no fees will be paid back.

The customer gets not more than e-mail support as specified above and the right to render URLs to PDF by our server. The customer DOES NOT get any PDF rendering component/software license or other rights.

seven49.net may change the rendering software at any time and is not responsible for any changes in the (X)HTML or CSS code that could become necessary. We highly recommend our clients to validate their (X)HTML or CSS that should be rendered. The Htm2pdf service was made to render valid, simple printer friendly URLs. It is the responsibility of the client to select and prepare these URLs wisely. We highly recommend following the standards provided by the w3c.org.


Uptime
There is no guaranteed uptime for the service as the services relies on a dedicated web and a shared database server hosted at www.maximumasp.com where we rent the infrastructure. Please visit this Hosting Company Website if uptime is very critical to you. We do not take any responsibility for the uptime of this infrastructure. Seven49.net may also change the hosting company at any time for any reason. In 2008 we had a uptime of 99.943% including maintenance.

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SEVEN49.NET BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER PERSON, FIRM OR ENTITY IN ANY RESPECT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR ANY DAMAGES, EITHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, ACTUAL, PUNITIVE, OR FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHATSOEVER, ARISING OUT OF MISTAKES, NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENTS, ERRORS, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS OR DEFECT IN TRANSMISSION, OR DELAYS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE WHICH MAY BE CAUSED BY REGULATORY OR JUDICIAL AUTHORITIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE OBLIGATIONS OF SEVEN49.NET PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT. SEVEN49.NET MAKES NO WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AS TO THE DESCRIPTION, QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, COMPLETENESS OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE FOR THE SERVICE OR LOCAL ACCESS, OR AS TO ANY OTHER MATTER, ALL OF WHICH WARRANTIES BY SEVEN49.NET ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED.

Privacy Policy
The only personal information seven49.net GmbH has about its users is from PayPal.com, where all the payment transactions are processed, and from user´s emails. Upon verifying a user´s payment, PayPal.com will send an order confirmation to seven49.net GmbH. The confirmation letter contains the payer´s personal information including name, email address, home address, and phone number. However, PayPal.com never sends the payer´s credit card information to seven49.net GmbH. Seven49.net will never disclose user´s personal information to any third parties.


Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against seven49.net GmbH shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the seven49.net GmbH sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Zug Switzerland.
